The body of the vessel is almost globular in shape and is fitted with an almost straight-sided cylindrical neck. The edges of this neck flair outward slightly. The center of the bowl's interior is decorated with a double-layer rosette pattern of 15 rounded tip petals depicted in gilding. The rest of the vessel body is undecorated and coated with corrosion and river sand. The base of the neck rim is decorated with astragalus motifs.
